"Dopo il diploma per L’Arte e il Restauro a Firenze, apro Lo Studiolo La Clessidra a Cremona nel 1993. Una profonda passione per l’arte e una continua ricerca mi portano a dedicare molti anni allo studio, alla specializzazione e alle mostre internazionali. Il mio trasferimento a Trieste nel 2012, per amore, porta con sé anche lo studiolo, che si sposta e riapre nell’antico Ghetto della città, arricchendosi di nuova energia e conoscenza: quella di mio marito Guido, da sempre appassionato collezionista d'arte. Gli oggetti hanno un’anima e raccontano storie meravigliose."
 
After graduating in Art and Restoration in Florence, I opened Lo Studiolo la Clessidra in Cremona in 1993. A deep passion for art and continuous research led me to dedicate many years to study, specialization, and international exhibitions. My move to Trieste in 2012 for love brought along my studio, which reopened in the ancient Ghetto of the city, enriched with new energy and knowledge, thanks to my husband Guido, a lifelong passionate art collector.
Objects have a soul and tell wonderful stories.
 

This has been in my favorite vintage shop in Trieste past several years! Every item at the store is selected by heart, this shop has been in marvelous journey for me into the 20th century Italian design located at the heart of Ghetto in Trieste. Nothing better on the Saturday afternoon than walk down the Guido’s and Lulù’s (the owners) shop, have chat with them together with a glass of wine and leave with the new treasure! This place is a real hidden treasure of Trieste.

Chacun de mes fréquents séjours à Trieste, me donne l’occasion de visiter la galerie La clessidra. C’est un véritable cabinet de curiosité dans lequel  Lulù y présente les grands créateurs  italiens qui durant le XXe siècle ont sublimé  l’art de la lumière , l’art du luminaire.  Suspendues à chaque mur, les merveilles néo classiques des maitres verriers de Murano  y côtoient  les créations plus radicales des années 80 … et si mon humeur ne se porte pas sur les luminaires, les  d’objets  d’art et décoratifs me séduisent  toujours !!
